Thanks to our cooperation with Duesenfeld GmbH, our discharge systems for lithium-ion batteries combine the automation expertise of Abele engineers with the patented Duesenfeld ® Technology. This technology enables safe and highly efficient discharging of cells, modules or packs connected in series.
The intelligent control software enables automated deep discharging of the batteries regardless of the state of charge level, voltage, age of the battery or manufacturer. Permanent monitoring during the discharging process ensures maximum safety and protection against incorrect operation. The recovered electricity can be used to operate the recycling system or fed into the grid. Due to the defined deep discharge, there is no further electrical hazard for subsequent work steps. Discharging with the Duesenfeld ® Technology ensures employee protection, process safety and high efficiency.
